INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Fee for size of shipment bag (approx. $5.00) + $20.00 – $25.00 depending on the state being shipped to. This is a regular shipment of 7-10 business days.

NOTE: $100.00 insurance comes standard with each order, additional insurance is to be specified at the time of order and additional fees will apply.
All orders are shipped Thursdays. Please have your orders in by Thursday 12 noon. All orders received outside of that time frame may be shipped the following week, at our earliest convenience. RESTORE YOUR LIFE, RESTORATIVE HEALTH and PRESERVACELL take no responsibility for lost, open, damaged, or stolen goods once they leave the RESTORATIVE HEALTH clinic and are shipped. Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned products, and shipping is at your own cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Restorative Health, 1114 22nd Street W. Saskatoon, SK, S7L 6Y2. Unit# 301
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
